Mistress Kira was interested in teaching some things to her slave and she wanted him to learn quickly but he did not look interested so she had to come up with a new way to teach him what she wanted him to learn. And she used her cigarette to create the right frame of mind for him that made him receptive to what she wanted to teach him. She succeeded after that humiliation.
Mistress Selena did not want a slave who did not know how to handle pain. So she had to test her to find out what how she was going to handle pain. She used her as her human ashtray as that was the most lenient thing she could do to her to test her pain threshold. The girl did not make a sound even as she felt pain and the mistress was impressed.
Mistress Yvonne and her friend mistress Alida felt that they were being taken for a ride by this guy and he had to be dominated. So the mistresses did what they felt was the best thing to do to him under the circumstances. The guy was shocked at what the mistresses did to him as he was turned into a human ashtray but he knew how he had wronged them and he changed.
Mistress Natasha was pissed at how ignorant her slave was. On top of that, he had the audacity to be arrogant. She could not handle that nonsense from him and she punished him for it. He was made to sit down and open his mouth after which she used his mouth as a human ashtray and let him feel the pain. His hands were tied so he could not help himself.

Mistress Lola did not like how this girl tried to copy everything she did. At first it was flattering but the more the girl did it the more it came across as creepy. The mistress had to make her stop and so she used her cigarette to do it. Mistress Lola turned the girl into her human ashtray and she let the pain she felt do the talking for her.
Mistress Selena did not like what her girlfriend had done. She had betrayed her and so she had to break up with her. But before that, she had to let out her anger on her girlfriend so that she did not carry it with her and so that it did not become a toxic thing for her. She also did not want to take it out on the wrong person. So she turned her girlfriend into a human ashtray before she broke up with her.
Mistress Natasha had a talkative slave and that was fine. But what she did not like was how he did not know when to and not to talk. There were times she did not mind listening to him and there were times she did not want to hear a word as she was busy. Today she was busy and he would not shut up so she used his tongue as her ashtray.
Mistress BlackDiamoond wanted to find out how tough her slave was and so she tested him in a way no one had ever tested him before. The mistress lit her cigarette and she made him her living ashtray.
