Slaves serve as a human ashtray for their mistress
Mistress Nicole and Selena call over a plumber to fix the leaking sink. He comes with his tools, and he does the job and once he is done, he picks his things up to leave. The plumber doesn't get far when he hears water gushing. He sees the pipes burst, and the mistresses also see this. They make him fix it. After he is done, they punish him for not being thorough, they make him their ashtray for the day and make him eat the cigarettes.

They punish the slave for lying to them. They use him as their ashtray and burn him with their cigarettes.
