Mistress Nicole and Selena call over a plumber to fix the leaking sink. He comes with his tools, and he does the job and once he is done, he picks his things up to leave. The plumber doesn't get far when he hears water gushing. He sees the pipes burst, and the mistresses also see this. They make him fix it. After he is done, they punish him for not being thorough, they make him their ashtray for the day and make him eat the cigarettes.
Lady Bayle and Blacksun get mad at their slave for not being honest with them. They had come home, and they found a car leaving their compound. They ask the slave about it, and he says that it was one of his friends. Thy don't buy it but choose to shrug it. The same car comes on a regular and one day they don't head out as per usual and the car comes by, and they happen to meet this person, and he happens to be the slave's fiance. They punish the slave for lying to them. They use him as their ashtray and burn him with their cigarettes.
Madame Marissa did not have a reason to torture this slave. He had not done anything wrong to her but she punished and tortured him anyway. She felt like it and in her book, that was enough reason to do it. She forced him to open his mouth as she turned it into her human ashtray. And she warned him not to cry as that would make things worse for him.
